- How many years have you been dancing?: 10 Years; Years Competing: 8 Years
- What is your favorite memory at MAD?: One of my favorite memories is winning with my best friends at nationals 2 years in a row with our elite large group routines. This was so much fun and unforgettable!! I also loved having lock-ins up at the studio with fun games and karaoke, decorating the studio, and spending time dancing with my favorite people.
- What are your plans for next year?: I am going to The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo, ND to earn my Massage Therapy License, as well as a license in Cosmetology or Esthetics.
- What you’ll miss the most about dance/the studio?: I am so grateful to have had the chance to dance and grow up at M.A.D. Picking just one thing I will miss most is 100% the people I have grown with throughout this experience. Words can not even express how much love I have for everyone up at the studio. My teachers, my classmates, my friends, my students, and the moms, I will never forget this large family we have built together. I will miss you all so much!
- What is your advice for younger dancers?: My biggest piece of advice is to be open and give yourself the opportunity to grow. When you walk into class, approach it with the best attitude you can. Do not let a negative attitude hold you back from the growth you are capable of. Your teachers and friends are on this journey with you and they are there to support you, but only you can control your growth. Keep working hard! And do not forget to thank your parents and teachers for everything they do for you. A simple thank you is all you have to say to make their day a little better:)
